See below Transcript/Records Request Form. To request a copy of your transcript or other records, please print the Transcript/Records Request Form, bring it to the high school main office with a picture ID or email the request form to: (transcript.request@oeisd.org)

Transcripts/Records request forms are also available in the high school front office. If another person is picking up your transcript/records, please provide their name with given permission to pick up your transcript/records on the request.

Transcripts cannot be emailed or faxed.

Note: There is a 3-day processing time on all transcripts/records request.
